Joint Dispute Resolution Committee


The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors Joint Dispute Resolution Committee (JDRC) shall consist of 3 members from each of HKIA and HKIS. Its duty is to manage the admission and appointment of Arbitrators and Mediators under the appointing system.
